Before you write

The questions people ask first

Whatever you send, the reply will be a straight answer about scope and price. One-page sites start at £100 and there is never an obligation.

  • What happens after I send this?

You get a reply, usually the same working day and always within one working day. It will tell you what we think the project needs, which package fits, and the exact price. If we do not think we are right for the job, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

  • Will you call me?

Not unless you ask us to. We default to email because most people would rather not take a sales call. If a conversation would genuinely help, we will suggest a time and you can accept or ignore it.

  • What should I include in the message?

Two or three sentences is plenty. What the business does, roughly what you want the website to achieve, and whether you already have a domain, logo or photos. If you have an existing website, paste the address — we will look at it before replying.

  • Is there any obligation?

None. A quote is a quote. There is no contract until you have seen the price, agreed the scope and paid the 50% deposit to start.
